We enjoyed our time at this charming historic guest house. The rooms were clean and had private bathrooms. The staff was excellent, very friendly, and extremely helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel's location was fantastic, right near restaurants, pubs, shops, and the city centre. It was only a short 10-15 minutes' walk to a beautiful Victorian Episcopalian cathedral church.

Everything was excellent, I would recomand. Appreciated the place, had a very enjoyable stay for a night. Walk from a bus stop, the location was amazing and lovely, in the historic area of Inverness. Moreover, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Inverness Museum and Art Gallery. The breakfast was delicious, gorgeous with yoghurts, salmon and perfectly cooked eggs.

The breakfast at this place includes croissants, salmon, and toast, and it's very convenient to walk from a nearby bus stop.

Accommodating staff, airy, huge rooms with an extra large bath. Free parking onsite provided. Everything great.

The hotel is nicely appointed with a stylish design. The king room with a comfortable sofa has all the basic facilities you need. I would definitely return; I loved this place.

We loved the traditional-style building and our tidy and bright room. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from Eden Court Inverness Theatre. Being within walking distance from a bus stop was an added bonus. We had a very enjoyable one-night stay and would highly recommend this place.

We had a lovely stay at Eskdale Guest House in Inverness. The staff were helpful and accommodating, and the location was great, close to the railway station, River House restaurant, and the River Ness. The room with the extra large bath was a nice touch.

All in all - had a restful 1 night stay. The breakfast was marvellous; the rooms were airy and huge. There was free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the service in general was impeccable. The property was in the centre of the city. I visited Old North Inn Restaurant near the venue for a few drinks.

Convenient location close to the city center, the River Ness footbridge, and various attractions like bridges, churches, restaurants. The bed was super comfy, and the room itself felt cozy. 😊
